An exchange any defective merchandise for the same model under the following terms and conditions
Contact us via email and we will have an arrangement for you.
If the item is defective, contact us within 7 days and we will replace defective items with the same item and no refund will be issued.
If the returned item is not faulty, a 20% restocking fee will be charged in case of excessive returns.
Please allow 14 working days for us to process your return.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The items are made of Swarovski rhinestones, not by The “Swarovski Company”.

We cannot be held responsible for damage of goods resulting from misuse or carelessness.
Jewellery items costume jewellery and are very delicate and should be treated as such. These items are designed to be accessories and are subject to damage if mistreated.
If by mistake, you should receive a wrong item, you will be able to determine this by looking at it through the closed plastic packaging. There is no need to open it. We will exchange this item if you leave it in its sealed packaging. If it is removed from the plastic it can no longer be exchanged. Damaged items can be only exchanged, no refunds, and must be in unopened packaging.
Refund will be for the price of the goods only, therefore refund does not include postage costs. All postage and handling on return orders shall be at the customer's expense and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. Also, a $15 fee may be applicable for any phones calls and time spent chasing additional queries.
