Postage & Handling

All Eyes on Me ships Australia-wide and to international destinations

Shipping & handling fee:

  • Free to worldwide when over $30.00; otherwise;
  • $10.00 standard price for picking, packing, and postage applies.
  • All orders are dispatched within 48 hrs of receiving your payment.

Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery, and This is a guide due to the current international postage issues.

(Normally takes about 7 - 12 business days to United States, United Kingdom and Australia) Please note that orders can be severely delayed when ordered around Covid-19 and Christmas time due to the postage system and customs.
This is your responsibility to call in advance or pay the Speed Postage.

$20 Express will be payable to make your order a priority.
(make a note, and a separate express postage invoice will be sent and made payable via PayPal)

To keep our prices lower than our competitors and free postage the postage will take as above, please understand with this service occasional delays due to Customs and Air Mail are "beyond our control".

Your responsibility is to advise us at the point of sale when you order, the date you want to have them by if they are expected within or before three working weeks. Priority Postage should be paid to ensure guaranteed arrival on time.

Refund & Returns

An exchange of any defective merchandise for the same model under the following terms and conditions :

  • Contact us via email, and we will have an arrangement for you.
  • If the item is defective, contact us within seven days, and we will replace faulty items with the same item, and no refund will be issued.
  • Please allow 21 working days for us to process your return. This includes postage.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The items are made of Swarovski rhinestones, not by The "Swarovski Company". Please check your shipment immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damage of goods resulting from misuse or carelessness. Jewellery items are very delicate and should be treated as such. These items are designed to be accessories and are subject to damage if mistreated. If you should receive the wrong item by mistake, you will be able to determine this by looking at it through the sealed plastic packaging. There is no need to open it. We will exchange this item if you leave it in its sealed packaging. If it is removed from the plastic, it can no longer be exchanged. Damaged items can be only exchanged, no refunds, and must be in unopened packaging.

  • Refund will be for the price of the goods only; therefore, the refund does not include postage costs.
  • All postage and handling on return orders shall be at the customer's expense, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. 
  • Also, a $15 fee may be applicable for any phones calls and time spent chasing additional queries.  


Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning the goods.
